Monitoring information for practitioners

If you are subject to immediate registration action or a prohibition order, it is important that you comply with the details of the action or order.

At the outset of monitoring, you will be provided with information that may include:

  • the methods and data used to monitor and assess compliance with the Health Ombudsman action
  • your reporting requirements, and
  • possible responses to non-compliance.

For more information about our compliance monitoring process, refer to the frequently asked questions (FAQs) below.

If you are a registered health practitioner, you may also have restrictive actions taken against you by your national practitioner registration board. This information is available on the Aphra website.

Compliance forms

As part of compliance monitoring, you may be required to complete a number of forms, whether at the commencement of monitoring or regularly throughout. You will be advised which forms from the list below are required of you.
