Clinical advisors

Are you available to assist us as a clinical advisor?

The Office of the Health Ombudsman may engage a clinical advisor to provide advice on a health service complaint or notification.

Clinical advisors provide independent advice based on their own expertise and understanding of best practice standards, in order to determine whether the care in question is of a standard that would be reasonably expected of a provider with equivalent training or experience, at the time the care was provided.

If you have at least 5 years clinical practice in your area of specialty, and think you may like to be engaged as a clinical advisor, please fill out the form below. Our Clinical Advice Coordinator will then contact you with more information.
